What if the prom queen IS the winner? Huh?
What if a gay boy wins? Or a straight girl? Do they still have to bump uglies with her? And what if she doesn't sign up to be a prize?

Tijuana Mayor Jorge Hank Rhon estimates that his city has 100,000 drug addicts

more like 10 people who are not addicts

i will go back if they legalize, much safer country when you dont have to worry about federalies. they are scarier than the criminals

I heard this on the radio this morning. I guess Nevada will be getting all the people who were going to sign up for Afghanistan so they could get those forests of 10 foot pot plants.

From a law enforcement perspective, this makes good sense. Instead of flipping the casual users to find out who the dealers are, you can take the casual users out of the equation and start by flipping the dealers to find out who the distributors and importers are.

Somewhere along the line, someone has to have more than one ounce and that's where law enforcement is drawing the line in the sand. Get everyone from the dealer back to the farmer.

Well, I feel better now that I know I haven't been the only person arguing over legalizing illicit drugs for the past two weeks.

I swear, it's been nothing but the "drug war" or prisoner's rights.

I think drugs should be legalized. But there's a lot more too it than that. Of course I think the rotteners already duked this all out a couple days ago.

From: azdollarbill [Jim Jones]

Here we go again, lol. Let's face it folks, Uncle will never allow legalized drugs. That would cause the prisons to become half empty, cost law enforcement oodles of drug confiscation cash, & put lots of law enforcement people out of work. We couldn't possibly have that, now could we?

From: conspiracy [Theory]
Date: 18-Oct-2006 17:08

I don't use drugs , but I like my beer , and they tax the hell out of it and even worse on my jack.
I have always been for the legalization of drugs , and tax them. They are not going anywhere. So long as drugs are illegal , we are going to have "kingpins" of drugs who are more violent & blood thirty than the Scarfaces of Prohibition times , and we all know what caused that.

I wonder...
if they legalize drugs in Mexico maybe the government will finally take the issue of our joke-of-a-southern border seriously?

Tijuana is the worst shithole I have ever seen in my life. A little napalm would do wonders for that place.

Also, I thought that federal law prevented marijuana from being legal even if a state voted to legalize it. Sorry - Im not up on all details regarding weed.

The feds claim the Interstate Commerce clause allows them to prohibit drugs, even if they never leave the state. They're wrong, but no Supreme Court has told them.

Good to see you again Jena.

Sooner or later we're gonna have to rethink our so-called drug war as we're gonna have to choose between spending money on regulating peoples private lives or spending money on securing our borders and fighting terrorism.

Guardian:I couldn't have said it any better Jim! Every day my doubts about the motivations(of our leaders, law enforcement officials, etc.)increase. When we were young, we were told that authority figures care for our "well-being". As an adult, I can say that money almost always takes precedence over "well-being" of the people.

The ONLY drug that should be legalized is pot. It mellows one out, doesn't make you act like a fucking fool & is non addicting. No collapsed nasal passages, no meth mouth, no abscess from open veins, no carelessly disposed needles, no fencing shit to get money & no crack houses. Just toke, eat & sleep. Of course, so I've heard....lol......

I'm all for legalizing pot, let the government make as much money as they can off of it. don't legalize anything else, i don't need my kids growing up and getting addicted to anything that they just wanted to experiment with.

From: smokey [krispy]
Date: 19-Oct-2006 07:39

this reminds me of an old rotten article that i read about some police chief from scotland yard saying that the drug problems in the world have gotten so bad that the best course of action would be to legalize all drugs. at this point in time i can totally agree with this idea!!!!!

SMOKE ME BITCH!!!!

From: conspiracy [Theory]
Date: 19-Oct-2006 08:38

AGAIN

I'm all for the legalization of ALL drugs, and I mean ALL. Make them all regulated like booze & tobacco. The people that get addicted will be the same people that will anyway. When booze was made illegal , it made more people drink that never drank before , because they were being "bad" and it gave them a "rush" and made them look "cool".
Empty the prisons of people who hurt themselves and sell what will be sold even when they are are in jail. Keep killers & rapists in prison & stop letting them loose because of prison over crowding by putting a doper in jail that hurts himself.

Are you sure the reasons drugs WILL NEVER be legalized here in the glorious United States is because legalizing it would be like condoning it and drugs/druggies are dirty and nasty and disgusting and so fucking low class it doesn't get much lower and it would be a terrible image for the United States to be the place where all the fucking losers can go to get high? No thanks! We are too good for that.

I had hoped you had a higher opinion of me than that. We'd be much better off if pot were legal instead of alcohol (liquid stupidity).

If the threat of death doesn't deter me from killing someone who deserves it (which I've never done and probably never will) it sure as hell won't deter me from smoking a joint(something I do frequently).

From: iguanac64 [Itchy Carter]

The death penalty also doesn't stop use or trafficking in countries that have such penalties. If people want to escape reality they will.
