Summer School Shooting Targets Remedials

"Seven people were shot Tuesday afternoon at a bus stop on Detroit’s West side. Five of the victims were students from Cody Ninth Grade Academy and had just been let out of summer school. The shooting happened about a block away from the school... Two gunmen, possibly three, emerged from the green minivan and "asked for a person by name" before they "opened fire at the crowd."

But wait... I thought Michigan got the miracle 'conceal and carry' law passed. Doesn't that magically make everyone safer and prevent these things from happening? I thought the shooters would be fearful that everyone was packing heat, and wouldn't try anything like this! The NRA said so... They PROMISED!

Sure, I've seen a few psycho-ass violent white people in my time, but, along with their clear propensity to commit acts of violence much more then whites, there is also the issue of the qualitative aspects of black crime. Blacks seem to be much more inclined than others to spray a crowd of people with bullets in hope of hitting one or two of them. If you have a legitimate beef with a guy and there's no other way to handle it, fine....shoot his ass. I don't give a fuck. But shit like this? How very crude and uncivilized. People oblivious to the finer points of things might fail to notice that there are degrees of civility within the act of shooting people. If ya gotta kill a motherfucker, it's the shooter's responsibility to ensure that risk to bystanders is minimized. Yet again we see that black behavior is decidedly uncivil. It's clearly evident in matters both grave and trivial. Go figure.

Seems kinda cruel to me. Gave the entire group false hope that they'd get out of the situation without getting a cap in their ass for their troubles.

Personally, I'm in favor of bringing back dueling grounds. Something like a big concrete pit where guys or gangs can blast and cut the crap out of each other. Maybe with bulletproof windows for the entertainment of the general populace and valuable training for the children

Let me also point out that both the victims and the shooters are inner city, minority(at whom gun laws are really aimed) minors, and too young to legally carry guns.

i live in the northern suburbs of detroit. i don't go near that shithole if i can help it.i wish we could remove the sports stadiums and a couple choice hospitals and fence that fucking city closed. then supply those fucking nlggers with enough firearms,ammo, poisoned fried chicken & watermellon to kill them all. then burn the entire city to the ground and rebuild so that it can be inhabited with actual human beings. detroit is a fucking cancer on this beautiful great lakes state. any other ideas?

Lousy shots: "One shot, one kill". The gun-control people like Bgolds are right. People should demonstrate sufficient proficiency with a firearm before they're allowed to buy one; the body count would have been much higher and Darwin vindicated. Oops! My bad! They didn't buy them legally (now that's a real problem,)
