The issue is that too many drug-addicted parents who were part of the system graduated from welfare and became foster parents. The system does not cross reference,and they don't check people out enough, nor do they do quality follow thru. A kid is lucky to see their social worker every couple of months even though it is required they see them monthly. Regardless, the social workers have a "don't ask don't tell" policy. They turn their head to avoid seeing the strap marks and starving children, who cower in the corner away from their foster families.

It's been in the local news a while, fucking A. Her husband tried to burn the kids body too. Sad. Why fucking hurt a kid? These two for what ever it is worth, get there's on the inside as well. I think we should kill people like this. Really the family reunion was so much more important than taking your foster kid along as well. Fuck this makes me sick and want to rip their fucking finger nails off one by one.

Cause people like this see: Foster kid= more money. Barely feed the child, give bare necessities, keep rest of money for themselves. Kid is a source of extra income nothing more. I went to Jr High school w/ her husband David Carroll. He only went to my school for a year, but I remember him well. He was very quiet, withdrawn. He seemed friendly when I spoke to him, little slow mentally I am assuming cause he failed all his classes. People avoided him cause he would go from calm to absolute rage in a matter of seconds. Moody to say the least. I later learned by reading the articles on this case the reason why: he is bi polar w/ spontaneous violent outbursts. So I have no clue how in the hell he became qualified to be a foster parent. ............... Hmmmm... now.. letmesee here.. my BS detector is sounding off like crazy. Foster parents.. live-in-companion.. not taking a foster child to a family reunion.. methinks I smell the real rat here: the live-in-companion.. I mean, why would the foster parents actually think they could bind a three-year-old into a closet and NOT have it be heard by the live-in-companion? Fact is that whosever family reunion it was was NOT all that anxious to arrive to the family reunion with a retarted foster child AND a ménage-à-troi. So they decided only to take the "companion" they wanted, and leave the other at home watching the barely-wanted-for-the-income retarded kid. When the live-in-companion didn't get to go, and had to stay at home, she decided she would get back at being jilted for a whole weekend by going out on the town on her own, but came home to find the kid had died, and coerced the other two into following along with her story.. until it got all juicy enough that when she decided to come clean it couldn't possibly have any other effect except to make the other two look just that much worse.

I live here in Ohio, and it was horrible when this all came about. The child was autistic. and If I understand this correctly...they cant take a foster kid across state lines, and the fostermom just had to go to this reunion...so she left him in the closet "for his own protection". Meanwhile, for an entgire weekend of record breaking heat that was killing children and old people, she partied on, oblivious to the fact that the child had no water, no food. He died of dehydration. I would love to fasten a chain around this woman and hang her in a closet in the dark, alone...with the furnace on full blast in July, and no water or food. I would like her to think about how long this child cried in his misery and terror before finally passing out and dying. WHO the hell takes a kid and wraps him in a blanket in the hottest summer on record anyway?? Fuck her...fry her. I hope someone in the womens correctional institution gives little Marcus' justice.
