If anyone had bothered to read the entire article, they might have come across the fact that with a 38,000 year sentence they are eligible for parole after 40 years. Long live the EU human rights legislation.

What in the hell does your grade level have to do with it? A person with a Masters degree(or PHD) can be a lot less intelligent than a guy with a highschool diploma. Some people don't want to go to school for those six or eight years extra... others have responsibilities... other times shit happens. Insulting people to somehow insinuate that your failing at this is somehow their fault just makes you look like a pompous ass. Now if he would have made a comment that was based on how some of the people here acted, I'd probably have agreed, but instead he made it sound like they were too stupid to figure it out... a big difference. The person who had the most influence in my life only had a grade school education, though. So I know damn well that being knowledgeable means a lot more than a diploma or degree. Besides, when have you ever seen me respond to a personal attack on me? I don't think I've ever really tried to defend myself rigorously. For example, your little gradeschool  attack barely rates this explanation. Now when have you seen me respond to a personal attack on someone else? I've done that many times on here. The first time he made a comment like that I took it as aimed at me and responded good naturedly... it was when I perceived it as a general comment that I came out harder about it. *shrug* It has petty much always been my nature to protect... get used to it.

Well I don't quite know what I'd do with 70 virgins but am willing to find out thorough trial and error. However the likelyhood of finding that number under the age of 13 round these parts is mighty slim. Just another example of a pack of monkeys causing some mayhem. I find it practically unfathomable that CNN identified some of these monkeys as Muslims rather than a euphemistic "disgruntled students." Does anyone remember the immediate circumstances of this blast? The "disgruntled students" were trying to affect an impending public election in Spain. If you are fairly sure, but no conclusive or physical evidence, then life in prison. Instead the maximum you can get in Spain is 40 years ... Thats fucking retarded.
