Do the Sunshine Skyway Splat
St. Petersburg Times | Submitted by: Ronbo
"Over the last decade, the Times has interviewed two people who survived the jump. Both said they regretted the decision to jump just before they hit the water. The impact was so violent that it ripped off of their clothes. One survivor, whose bowels were ruptured and back broken, described the feeling as like crashing through a wooden deck. A nearby boater rescued her."

why did they save her when she wanted to die? should have let her drown. there should be a diving board on every structure tall enough to kill your self from.

As a child on vacation, I would wonder how cool it would be jumping off these skyways. But I think I'll will pass on it now, knowing about the ruptured bowels. Unless, this woman's anus was already decimated beforehand, and they are pinning it on the "leap". Or maybe she was rescued by the bang boat peoples, and they inverted her booty.

My self preservation is too strong to even go near the edge of a very high building, cliff or bridge. My luck I'd survive a 1000ft fall from a mountain, end up a pile of bloody slush w/ a pair of eyeballs and live.

I think that jumping off a bridge gives your life over to fate, or a higher power, since death is not absolutely certain.

With jumpers all you need is a body bag and a hose to spray the blood and brainy bits away. But with the "gunpowder goodbye" unless you do it outside laying on a tarp you're gonna end up redecorating the walls in a shade of greymatter and scarlet:
