As a tip, you Brits really need to learn to throw a good party and send a message. I guess over some Tea some guys in Boston really taught them what was up 230 or so years ago. Actually she's teaching her daughter that if mommy says it's OK she can break any rules she wants! The site says no one under 14 and it means just that and I wouldn't let my kid have one till they were 14 either it has nothing to do with what I think they may or may not be doing.
