This is what happens when the government sends disability checks and doesn't check on the recipients. I would expect that the theft part is fairly common, but the abuse angle is not so common. If you actually read the Bible you would know that man was born of God and knew God but was also given something called FREE WILL. Quit looking to verses in the bible for the nature of God. God transcends words on paper, our pitifully small languages, and our limited scope of thought. God is everything, and God is likely preoccupied with universal matters like observing (and enjoying) the end results of setting off a massive energy burst with a specific set of rules...like tripping out on a random fractal. The laws of nature are like the seed number. God does not care, never has. It's not his business to care...we are just tiny gears in a machine. That's my two cents on god.
