Final thoughts ass. I'll bet his real final thought was more like... "damn, I didn't think it would hurt this bad to suffocate (since he didn't have the drop needed to break his neck). Some assholes could fuck up a wet dream, but it had a happy ending, one such asshole is now taking a dirt nap.
