ok. why was this story put in, and the one i submitted a few days ago wasn't? mine was about an 11yr old girl having to go to court or some shit to fight for an abortion after being raped by her uncle.

i also agree with the pervert's defense lawyer. i haven't decided if the girl's mother is equally disgusting or worse for encouraging / helping this to happen. as for the congenital defects, i would think that both parents have something to do with that. the daughter they were trying to inseminate (if and most likely the mother plays a role in the defects), would also have a high chance of carrying these defects within her dna. she may appear "normal" b/c she's only a carrier (recessive gene)of genetic defect. they may have still had the same odds of having another "defective" child if the insemination had been successful. and why did the perv ejaculate into a syringe at first then switch to intercourse (up to 3X/day)??!! logic possibly being that the spermins aren't liking the syringe, best to get it to the eggs straight from the source?

If the lawyer was commenting on the remarks said and witnessed by the police then you are in a real grey area. A conservative judge would toss the trial but, a liberal one would proceed I would imagine. Hopefully, later there will be a follow up chapter to Mr. Smooth Moves' adventures in love.
