I'm am also not saying that women deserve to earn less, or even the possibility that discrepancies exist. But just from my own personal experience women seem to want to have more time for their families, or selves.

Let me give you an example. At my last job (temp service), our boss only let us work a maximum amount of overtime for the whole year, and EVERY year all the men were maxed out within the first seven months, while the women ended the year with scads of available overtime.

Now should those women be given all that extra money without having put in the hours just so they make the same as the guys who did the work?
