Why is this even illegal? Because it's 'disgusting'? Well, it is to me, but there are plenty of other practices that are also quite disgusting: vomit fetishes, excrement fetishes, etc. etc. Why aren't they also illegal? Shouldn't judges order 'mental health examinations' for people who like to drink urine or eat feces? The only thing that should be illegal is this instance is animal cruelty. If you force yourself upon an unwilling animal, then it is cruelty and you should be punished for that. But allowing the animal to do what comes naturally (no pun intended) to you is not cruel and therefore should not be a crime -- unless you outlaw everything else that's considered 'disgusting' -- and to many people, that could be anything that isn't the missionary position between a straight married couple.

Because animals can't consent. I was talking about penetration by the animal, not of the animal. Consent is pretty much the opposite of force. So please tell me how you force a large dog to get an erection it doesn't want and also how you force that dog to mount someone. Again, I'm talking about allowing the animal to do what comes naturally: humping, eating, biting... these are all things dogs do naturally - otherwise, when Fido humps your leg, that would be non-consensual force also. When a dog eats puppy chow, is that also force? What about when a pit bull bites you? That must be force, too, by your definition. I'd also like to know how allowing the animal to mount someone harms the animal. It might certainly harm you - as in the case of that idiot who let a horse ass-fuck him to death, but I highly doubt the horse complained.
