All cops shorter than four feet can be released back to patrol. Cops taller than four feet should be killed because they are considered dangerous and aggressive.

OK, let's do the Adi Amin schtick with alligators instead of elephants. Kill all the alpha males, who keep the aggressive young males in line. Then wonder why alligator (or elephant) attacks on hominids increase exponentially.

Gators are solitary. There are no Alpha males. Only animals who live packs, herds, and other communities have alpha males who keep younger ones in check. The biggest gator in an area will defend prime hunting grounds from others, but that's about it.
