The protest was held outside the Tron Theatre, where Jesus, Queen of Heaven -- in which Christ is a transsexual woman -- is being staged. It is part of the Glasgay! arts festival, a celebration of Scotland's gay, bi-sexual and transsexual culture.

What's the point? Really, I don't get it. Does this play have some kind of big, insightful message that's not apparent from the story? It sounds like they're sticking Jesus in a dress because, y'know, that's edgy and shit, and it let's people know how serious we are about the whole LGBT thing. In other words, junior high league stuff.
