Let's get the facts straight, like Fox News would!

1. Congressmen Foley is a loving husband and father and is NOT a homosexual.

2. The young man in question was obviously wearing a tight, revealing t-shirt and baggy shorts that revealed his smooth, tight abdominal muscles, slim waist and the waistband of his Joe Boxer underwear and was therefore attempting to entice the honorable congressman.

3. Pages are hired to assist congressmen in a variety of ways which may at times include unconventional requests of a semi-personal nature, i.e. picking-up dry cleaning, reading letters from constituents, naked Twister.

4. The congressman's contact with the hottie, I mean young man, may have been part of an on-going investigation into the use of the internet to exploit children.

5. Mr. Foley's voting record clearly shows that he supports family values and is 100% against the rise of the "gay" agenda.

6. Congressmen Foley is a victim of left-wing, Democratic smear tactics.

7. Hillary Rodham Clinton has been recorded on camera having the following discussion with an underaged page.

HRC: "Peter, how are you? That's a nice tie."

Page: "Thank you ma'am. My dad helped me pick it out."

She is then seen in INTIMATE PHYSICAL CONTACT with the young, UNDERAGED page as she adjusts his tie and pats, I mean STROKES, him on the SHOULDER.

8. There are a number of Democratic members of the house who are openly homosexual and have same sex lovers!

9. Congressman Foley is known to favor the stalls over the urinals when he uses public bathrooms to avoid the appearance of improprieties of a homosexual nature, including peeking, prolonged drip-shaking-off, and comments about the size of Barry Bond's bat.

10. The Foley family regularly attends church and prays daily.

It happens all the time... closet pervs who will seize any chance they get to rally against the very same deviant behaviors that they practice behind closed doors. One of my father's childhood friends grew up to become a child molester who one day narrowly escaped a criminal lawsuit. Guess how he always told everybody how special children are and how they deserve all our love and protection. Turns out Michael Jackson is not alone.

Too bad for this fucknut though, he will be prosecuted under the same law that he helped to enact. How fucking DUMB can you be?

Who knows has many twinks this ghoul has diddled.

I am sure The Florida Department of Children & Families might have been able to 'lose' a few Children for him if he had only asked.

I've always been of the opinion that folks in power should be held to a higher accountability than us regular folk.

While I do not think it possible to overcome all corruption, I do feel that more can be done to prevent it.

There are occupations where contracts complete some kind of 'corruption' rider carrying its own set of punishments are needed.

Politicians, Cops, Teachers, the Clergy, others...

In the event of a breach of contract the criminal would be persecuted under common law for the crime, (In this case 'soliciting underage children for sex') and under the corruption clause.

There needs to some kind of 'special' justice meted out to creeps who bend laws or use the power of their office to suit themselves.

If nothing else, the transcript goes to show the difference between a teenage kid and an old pervert and why we need rules to protect them. The kid seemed confused and a bit uncomfortable and awkward and the sleaze comes off as a panting, drooling, creep. It seriously made me queazy.

Police: Two Delray priests spent stolen $8.6 million on girlfriends, gambling, property

Pair accused of leading secret lives using money taken from collection plates

By Jerome Burdi and Mike Clary
South Florida Sun-Sentinel
Posted September 29 2006

Delray Beach -- In a bold scheme carried out over decades, two respected priests are accused of stealing more than $8.6 million in cash from the collection plates at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church to bankroll lavish secret lives that included steady girlfriends, investments in property in Florida and Ireland and gambling junkets to casinos in Las Vegas and the Bahamas.

Arrested on a grand-theft charge was retired Monsignor John A. Skehan, 79, who was pastor at St. Vincent for more than 40 years. He was picked up at Palm Beach International Airport on Wednesday night after returning from Ireland.

...

Skehan, police allege, used collection-plate funds donated to the church on George Bush Boulevard to pay for a Palm Beach County condominium, a $275,000 coin collection, a cottage on Ireland's scenic Cliffs of Moher and a pub in his hometown of Kilkenny.

He made regular cash payments to a woman, described in the affidavit as a "girlfriend," who once worked for him when he was assigned to a church in Hallandale Beach.

During the summers when other priests were away, one former church employee told police, Skehan "would hide cash from offertories in the ceiling" of his condo, a 16th-floor unit in the oceanfront Connemara on Singer Island.

Guinan, who was a pastor at St. Patrick's Church in Palm Beach Gardens before succeeding Skehan at St. Vincent in September 2003, was described in the affidavit as a gambler who frequented casinos in Las Vegas and the Bahamas.

He used church funds to pay for $15,000 worth of dental work, and made cash payments to his "girlfriend," a former St. Patrick's bookkeeper, according to the affidavit. He wrote checks totaling $7,270 to pay tuition for his girlfriend's son at Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach.

Known for his lavish lifestyle, Guinan also has a reputation as a partier, church employees and parishioners told investigators. In 2004 he was charged with driving under the influence, records show.

Public records show he owns several properties, including a home in Port St. Lucie and a Juno Beach condo.

The charges of grand theft lodged against the two priests are the latest in a series of scandals that have shaken the Palm Beach Diocese over the past few years, the most serious of which involved allegations of sexual abuse that led to the resignations of two bishops.

Then there is a chance we wont see a 3rd world war.

sure, glad you liked it. It just, for me, it has all the elements of hypocrisy that make me distrustful of formal authority structures, and baby boomers, who all seem to be very greedy and self-serving. And if you look at the original Salem Witch Trials, you'll see many parallels with our War on Terror. Political undesirables (ie., the witches) have their legs knocked out from under them, and it's all about the thugs in power, and has nothing to do with security.

There's nothing democratic about socialized healthcare but, Americas poorest do so get tax payer funded medical care. Because my step daughter was born poor to a single woman, she gets better tax payed medical care than I(, or the Canadian government) can buy.

I was doing a little bit of research and discovered that the age of consent is 16 in DC. It will be interesting to see what crime they charge him with, considering that the young lad was no longer in the service (HA!) of the good congressman and was of legal age of consent (even though there's no evidence of physical sexual activity as of the time of my posting).

You or I wouldn't mess around with a 16-year old (unless she's hot) but that doesn't mean that it is necessarily illegal.

Here's some page congressional fucking history

On July 14, 1983 the House Ethics Committee concluded that Rep. Dan Crane (R-Ill.) and Rep. Gerry Studds (D-Mass.) had engaged in sexual relationships with minors, specifically 17-year-old congressional pages. In Crane's case, it was a 1980 relationship with a female page and in Studds's case, it was a 1973 relationship with a male page. Both representatives immediately pleaded guilty to the charges and the committee decided to simply reprimand the two.

However, Rep. Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) demanded their expulsion. On July 20, 1983 the House voted for censure, the first time that censure had been imposed for sexual misconduct. Crane, who tearfully apologized for his transgression, lost his bid for reelection in 1984. Studds, however, refused to apologize and even turned his back and ignored the censure being read to him. He called a press conference with the former page, in which both stated that they were consenting adults at the time of the relationship (the page was 17 at the time) and that it was therefore not the business of others to censure them for their private ephebophilic relationship, and he continued to be reelected until his retirement in 1996,

Then there's this gem..

http://www.snopes.com/politics/sexuality/reynolds.asp

Jessie Jackson has added former Chicago democratic congressman Mel Reynolds to the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition's payroll. Reynolds was among the 176 criminals excused in President Clinton's last-minute forgiveness spree. Reynolds received a commutation of his six-and-a-half-year federal sentence for 15 convictions of wire fraud, bank fraud & lies to the Federal Election Commission. He is more notorious; however, for concurrently serving five years for sleeping with an underage campaign volunteer.

This is a first in American politics: An ex-congressman who had sex with a subordinate won clemency from a president who had sex with a subordinate, then was hired by a clergyman who had sex with a subordinate.

His new job? Youth counselor

I don't know where you're from, but unless you enslave your doctors and steal all your medicine, you ain't gettin' shit for free, you're just making healthy people pay for the sick. Here we have medicaid for poor people which, as I mentioned earlier, is better than I can afford for myself. I've never heard of anyone getting a pay cut because they were sick. If you're too sick to work, you apply for disability benefits.

Canada, for some reason, is considered a model for health care, yet we have higher quality medical care here in the states.

Maybe if we had as small a population as wherever you live, we might be able to subsidize all our medical charges too, but we don't, and most of us are glad.

Ah hell when i am here i might as well give my opinion on war and the cause of terrorism. The american one sided support of the racist, apartheit, warmongering state of Israel, is the main reason that Bin Laden won so much support throughtout the muslim world.

One sided support? You're not fucking serious are you? We give aid to all Israels enemies.

Unless you rid yourselves of this cancer you will never feel safe. Im a christian Europian and the majority of us see the evil of the zionist state. The zionist lobby and the zionist control of american media, politics and finance world are the root cause of terrorism.

Alduron - Diff between the Democrats and the Republican scenarios is that Republicans come out looking like huge hypocrits...railing against the horrors of homosexuality and squealing about how society is full of evils and they are the protectors of all that is Family Values. It makes you wonder how much of their bullshit even they believe.

As far as Presidential pardons go, I have no fucking clue...it seems every President goes on a pardon spree and lets a whole bunch of shitwads out of jail...and Leonard Peltier just waits patiently...

...and, to a point we are hated because we're powerful, but if we didn't go sticking our dick in every hornet nest around the world we might not get stung so much. If we go marching into other countries we had better have (and maintain) the moral high ground and be sure that our motives can't be questioned easily...otherwise we're just sticking our dick in another hornet nest.

First of all, It's Pensacola, not Pensecola.

Then there's this, from cnn.com:

"An attorney for Foley, a Florida Republican, confirmed Monday that the former congressman is in an alcoholism treatment center.

The fax was apparently sent from Clearwater, Florida, but Roth would not say if that's where Foley is being treated."

http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/10/02/foley.quits/index.html

So, apparently Foley has gone to a detox center in Clearwater, Fl. What's in Clearwater? SCIENTOLOGISTS. So, I followed my intuition and did a little googling, thinking perhaps Foley is drying out with the SeaOrgs there...

This is what I uncovered:

"FLORIDA CONGRESSMAN ACCEPTS SCIENTOLOGY AWARD
On May 24, 2003, the "Clearwater Business Association" hosted a brunch in the Fort Harrison’s Ballroom, for Florida Congressman Mark Foley (R).

Also present at this event was "Republican State committee woman" Nancy Riley. Foley is featured on a Scientology web page promoting their anti-psychiatry front group C.C.H.R. ("Citizen's Comission on Human Rights"). The "Clearwater Business Association" (C.B.A.) appears to be primarily a way to bring politicians into the Scientology fold, by way of Scientologist Brett Miller (second from left in photo below). The primary affiliations of the C.BA.appear to be Scientology, W.I.S.E., and C.C.H.R., and not local businesses."

So, this revelation is not shocking to me. What is shocking to me is the response from the administration, the media & the general public. The difference between the GOP and the Dem's is that the GOP won't circle the wagons in defence of this perv...he has already stepped down and the GOP leadership has sent this thing to the justice dept. and has suggested criminal prosecution. Slick Willy Clinton admittedly committed felony perjury in front of a federal grand jury and the Dem's still supported him. They supported Barny Fag...errr, Frank, when his Gay lover (to whom he had given a choice government job) was running a male prostitution ring out of Barny's basement. Of course, he knew nothing of this...right. They also supported Gerry Stubbs when he actually was cornholing a 17 year old page back in, I think. 1983...he didn't step down, and went on to win re-election in his district. The Dem's really don't have much to say about the GOP...you will find weirdos in any large group of people, but it says something about your group if you actually support them.

From: iguanac64 [Itchy Carter]
Date: 3-Oct-2006 10:54

Uhh...read around...yes they did circle the wagons around him.

"House Majority Leader John A. Boehner (R-Ohio) told The Washington Post last night that he had learned this spring of inappropriate "contact" between Foley and a 16-year-old page." - http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/09/29/AR2006092901574.html

"Rep. Rodney Alexander (R-La.), who sponsored the page from his district, said he had learned of some of the online exchanges from a reporter some months ago and passed on the information to Rep. Thomas Reynolds (R-N.Y.), chairman of the House Republican campaign organization, the Associated Press reported." - ." - http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/09/29/AR2006092901574.html

I didn't see anything about this in the news before ABC finally outed him. Leadership knew this guy was fucking around with at least one teenaged boy. Republicans who are the only bastion of Family Values in this country (according to them) didn't tell this guy to go fuck off. I have trouble believing that Republican leadership didn't know about the ABC transcripts before ABC made it public...they knew about the other kid before it went public. They knew it was going on even if they didn't know the extent. Technically, even then they didn't bail on him...he quit before they had a chance to.

From: aulduron [Aulduron]
Date: 3-Oct-2006 11:04

That's not exactly circling the wagons in his defense. Let's see if he gets prosecuted or not. Then lets see if he gets pardoned, then hired by clergy as a youth counselor before we start comparing the different reactions between the parties.

*********************************************
True aulduron but it amazes me how some people pick & choose the degree to what "sins" are deemed "bad". It's not ok for a man to lie to the entire country & say he was not cheating on his wife however it's a-ok for a man to lie to the entire country to start a war. Correct me if I'm wrong but whenever there is a reference to the late Prez Kennedy getting his groove on in the White House, it's kinda talked about with a wink & a nudge. His legacy has not been tarnished because of his promiscuity. Anyone who would say he was assassinated because he cheated on his wife would rightfully so, be considered a nut. On the other hand, if Clinton's ticker gave out & he keeled over in his soup, the reaction would be something akin to "that what happens to sinners". I've actually have heard people say, "he would have been a decent/good/great President if he hadn't messed it up with that Monica thing". Kennedy was before my time but I don't see how two different Presidents do essentially the same damn thing & get entirely different reactions.

The reaction to Foley has been more or less like juicy gossip (move over Paris) as opposed to moral outrage. Last time I heard, according to the religious, the righteous & the Right, sex outside of marriage was a sin. Period. Ditto for homosexuality. According to them, it's not suppose to matter if a man is leading a country or a conga line because a sin is a sin. You can bet you bottom dollar that if Foley didn't screw one of these pages, he has screwed some 15-17 year old boy somewhere out there. I don't hear the Jerry Falwells, the Pat Robertsons or the (a)Moral Majority bitchin' about Foley or protecting our children from predators like him (shhh, listen....hear that? **chirp**Chirp**....yep just crickets...lol). Robertson alone had plenty to say about Hugo Chavez but he can't think of a damn thing to say about this? lol....

Jeeez...some people still support Slick Willy...what did he accomplish?

1.) Bombed the living shit out of Bosnian Serbs in a war where both sides were assholes and thus pissed off the Russians by screwing around in their backyard right when we had a chance to ally ourselves with them...we had no dog in this fight, so how did he choose which side to help?...flip a coin?

2.) Bypassed national security by using the commerce dept. to sell multi-stage missile technology to the Chinese Communists. Now they have more capability than ever to missile-fuck U.S. cities...and they have fed this tech. to the North Koreans, using them to needle us.

3.) Bombed an aspirin factory he claimed had ties to Bin Laden, and claimed VX nerve gas was being made there...turned out not to be true. He did kill the nightime cleaning crew, though. We were then sued by the owner for 50 million dollars.

4.) Made a deal with the North Koreans to build them a nuclear power plant if they "crossed their hearts and hoped to die" promised not to use it to build nuclear weapons fuel. We just found the N. Koreans have built an underground nuclear test tunnel, so I guess they lied.

5.) got B.J.'s and played "hide the cigar" with an intern about his daughter's age who looked more like something one would see Greenpeace dragging back out to sea...embarrassing us all by indicating this was the best piece of ass (and ass, and ass, and ass, etc.) the leader of the free world could get...

Yea, he was a lulu of a president...

As for supporting Foley, most republicans want him to land in jail with Butt-fuck Bubba for the rest of his life.
