We have laws against that sort of shit here in Canada too. It's called Public Mischief (Art. 420, Criminal Code).

After the shit gets out, put his ass into indentured servitude to work off the cost of the search, arrest, process, and jail expenses.

A nice servitude job would be to give him scuba gear (no training) and have him search the sewers for lost keys, etc. If he lives through 359 hours of it, then he has paid the people back.

Eggs, most of my dreams these days are quite vivid and I know they're dreams. I can control what's going on. Sometimes I even think to myself in the dream that it's silly or whatever and change it. Very odd lately.

I have dreamt I killed people. Those are very vivid and real. However, upon waking and calling the person(s) I had thought killed, I didn't feel the need to involve the police.
