Local enforcement is business. They are in need of action to the point where situations have to be created. Look at NY's news lately, very common. Anything that slows that down is not taken kindly. Fines, siezures and public income to grow, based on visible crime, is the lifeblood. I have family members on the inside who are not happy to see this.

I don't believe these "ninjas" where wrong, just misguided, #1 ninjas DO NOT drive. #2 ninjas do not warn their targets. #3 ninjas are assasinans,(they kill). #4 ninjas do not get caught parked in the left lane of route 46,suckin' on slurpees and writin' letters to drug dealers who will blow thier fuckin' heads off! Well, I hope the cops straightened them out. Got to check with them first and see which drug gangs are paying local law enforcement. Not that your average drug peddler is anything more than a street beggar crack-head who makes almost minimum wage for the risk of doing hard time in prison for decades... though often they're minors, so possibly dressing as mutant ninja turtles would make a stronger impression.

They remind me of the movie "Mystery Men" where there is a motley crue group of nerdy superheros. One kid was only invisible when nobody is looking, another dude was good at throwing forks, a chick who could hurl a bowling ball like crazy at something, The Spleen was a man with such horrendous farts that could knock people unconscious....etc
