Gargoyle, at least she admitted she couldn't care for the child and gave it up instead of keeping it and abusing or neglecting it. That doesn't seem so trashy to me. It seems responsible. Not as responsible as preventing the pregnancy in the first place, but more responsible than leaving it in the trash or abusing it to death or pimping it out to the locals for drugs.
