I hit a parked house one time! If that counts. There's a truly Rotten story! Neighbors were on vacation, exboyfriend convinced me to drive home (Never driven before, much less drunk) Hilarity definatly did not insue. Didn't drive again for 6 years or so. Never drive drunk. I learned my lesson. I knocked their foundation by 1/8 of an inch. Knocked all their shit off the walls. He took the blame when the cops figured out who did it. So I never took any charges. We were even broke up by then. Couldn't handle the partying.

alex, i do the same when i'm typing in stream-of-thought mode, i often substitute homonyms their/there/they're, your/you're, to/two/2/to, especially b/c i only use u and ur on msn messenger or yahoo. in real life i have a pretty major speech fault, in that i reverse normal word orders, so people have to wait till the end of the sentence. it comes out more when i'm really giddy or high (so a lot less now that not into the circuit party scene anymore). i'll say "i had the best time camping there last summer, except for the raccoons that were crazy, at Frontenacn Provincial Park." This when no-one has talked about Frontenac Park before, and this is the first mention. Maybe speaking English, French and German, having 3 years of Latin, some Irish Gaelic, and great marks in university Spanish (which i never have a chance to use up here and forgot) has fucked me up.

As i have said before, and i think this was the wording: I don't want to accident my name to the FBI's (or RCMP's) most-wanted list, ally piss off some uber-hacker in here, and have him steal my identity, add i help people when they are having issues with their computers. Actually, I manage a group of people who do this. I don't get much time at work to do the hands-on computer stuff anymore, so I get my fix building and fixing computers for family and friends. I am happiest with structure around me. I don't mind being the boss of people below me, but I do like knowing my responsibilities and having bosses above to give direction. Funnily enough, though, I did run my own business for four years, and got along fine with that. I think THAT worked because I had no employees (other than a part-time bookkeeper), so I wasn't the BIG BOSS. I'm not innovative at work, but I am in my life, and I constantly mix things up. My degree is in biochemistry. I took language courses (Spanish in first year, German in second, third and fourth.) I have an honourb BScH, but I didn't continue into grad school. Studying anything in school year after year makes me hate it, so I travelled for a bit. I came back, and realized I still didn't like biochemistry so I ditched any ideas of going on in it, and took community college computer courses. (I had one university computer course too, but it was WAY too theoretical and not practical enough.) I am a self teacher. I love the wikipedia, especially the list of links at the bottom of the articles. I always check the history page to make ssure I help people when they are having issues with their computers. Actually, I manage a group of people who do this. I don't get much time at work to do the hands-on computer stuff anymore, so I get my fix building and fixing computers for family and friends. Back when i had a drug habit, i was working three jobs to support it. i was taking a half tablet of good montreal speed (amphetamine) by the time i'd get to my third job, as a night janitor in a club. That didn't last long. The bonus was finding pills, vials and bags of drugs dropped in various places. I was such an idiot, I'd use stuff that I had no CLUE what it was. I still go back to waiting (my second job then and now)tables at times when I need extra money, but this is to achieve goals: trips, new computer stuff, maxing out my RRSP (registered retirement saving plan) contribution, etc. With my income, I should own a house now, but I am still saving up for a down payment. It doesn't help that my partner has almost crippling child-support payments, which come from when he had a much higher-paying job, before brutal layoffs. He is going to court to have them reduced. We are looking to move to a quieter neighbourhood somewhere away from the "gay village" of Toronto in a few months. I am one of the politest, most professional waiters you'll ever know. I don't get pissed off when I have a customer who thinks that waiters are one step above pond scum on the evolutionary scale. I have sometimes later run into people I've served as a waiter, and seen the double-take when they've realized that I am actually above them on the corporate ladder, and I do run into them occasionally, since the restaurant where I work is in the business district. One guy in particular had been a prick. I never said anything, or took any revenge. Seeing his discomfort was revenge enough. For regulars in restaurants who get to know me and ask my story, I can be a resource in teaching them about wine, food, and cooking. On slower nights, I can teach you the different between a chiffonade and a brunoise of vegetables, and also tell you why aubergine is called eggplant when it is just big and purple and pearshaped. (Eggplants come in many colours, and the first ones introduced to Europe were small, white and egg-shaped.) My family all love to learn, including my brothers-in-law (three) who married in, and my seven nieces and nephews. Three of us (me and two of my sisters) either changed our program in university or took a break though. We tend to do well in science AND languages. The only team sport I am any good at is volleyball, which I think I like because a net safely separates you from the opposing team. (Unless you are right up at the net to spike or block. I'm just under 5'9", so that hasn't been my role on the gay volleyball teams I've been on.) Enough info? I have to go shower. Hubby's back from a bachelor party (for a straight guy at his work) soon. nah,sorry old git. if you think THIS is bad, you should have seen me on e or speed. one time we came home from the club, i painted a portrait of our cat that i thought was excellent. i normally am an ok painter, but this was CRAP as photorealism, however it kind of worked as a blend of surrealism and impressionism. it looked like one of her eyes was melting, and i gave her human-like teeth. i also built a computer for my sister, installing the mother board, processor, memory, fans, harddrives, cards, etc, AND installing windows xp professional. towards the end of the time i was using stuff, tho', i wouldn't have been typing on here with you. after getting home i'd use enuff ketamine to put me into a k-hole and sit there quietly enjoying my hallucinations. As for my sleeping, i'm on vacation now, but with my work i am on salary and have some flexibility with my time. i start VERY early, but take up to 3 hours (using more like 2 though) off in the middle of the day. unless i have pressing errands, i try to sleep at least an hour. Today i set no alarm, b/c no work, and i ended up sleeping away the whole afternoon. tim didn't wake me b/c he said he thought i needed it. during the week i can normally only sleep 5 hours, b/c i have to be up at 5 a.m. and tim doesn't go to bed before midnight, and it isn't any use to go to bed before him, b/c if he joins me later, it will wake me up, and i have a VERY hard time to fall back to sleep if i've had any amount of sleep at all before being awakened.

rectum, I'm not sure saying "there is no one unlikeable" is a compliment. Remember every one here has actively seeked (seeken ? sooken ?) out a site that deals with the worst aspects of human nature on a daily basis AND laughs at them. Ask yourself,do you really WANT to like these people ?
